1. VeryDarkMan: Sowore Vows To Free Remanded B-Lord

Human rights activist and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has vowed to push for the discontinuation of the criminal case against Nigerian cryptocurrency entrepreneur, Linus Williams Ifejirika, popularly known as Blord or B-Lord, who has been remanded at the Kuje Correctional Centre.

B-Lord, founder of the Blord Group, was arraigned before the Federal High Court in Abuja over allegations bordering on criminal conspiracy, impersonation, and the unauthorised.

2. We Demand The Immediate Resignation Or Sack Of Amupitan As INEC Chair – ADC

The African Democratic Congress, (ADC) has asked the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Joash Amupitan, to resign.

ADC said the call became imperative because “the the Commission chairman and commissioners have taken side with the ruling All Progressives Congress APC and cannot be trusted to conduct the 2027 general elections.

Lagos State PRP Chairman Mr James Adeshina made the appeal in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday. He spoke shortly after the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) removed the names of Senator David Mark and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as national chairman and secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) from its official portal on Wednesday.
