State Houses of Assembly primaries are fixed for May 16, 2026. Governorship primaries follow on May 18, House of Representatives on May 20, and senatorial primaries on May 22.
The presidential primary, through direct primaries across the 36 states and the FCT, is scheduled for May 28 and 29, 2026.

Nomination fees have been set at N100 million for the presidential ticket, N50 million for governorship, N20 million for Senate, N10 million for House of Representatives and N5 million for state Houses of Assembly.
In a statement issued in Abuja on Monday, APC National Publicity Secretary Felix Morka, CON, said the party remains committed to credible and transparent primaries.
