Job Summary

• TMAsourcing Solutions is looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources & Admin Officer to support HR and day-to-day administrative functions for a food & logistics client in Isolo.
• The role covers recruitment, records management, staff welfare, payroll support, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Support recruitment, onboarding & offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with HR policies, attendance/leave tracking, appraisals, and training coordination.
• Support employee relations, payroll/benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate health & safety inspections.

Admininistration:

• Manage office supplies, facilities, and general admin logistics.
• Maintain documentation and filing systems.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies.
• Support travel logistics, meetings, and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of HR & Admin experience (preferably in logistics/shipping).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
• Excellent communication, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work weekends when required.
• Must be 25–35years old and reside in Isolo or nearby.
