For many HND graduates in Nigeria, enrolling for a Postgraduate Diploma seems like the fastest way to bridge the gap between HND and BSc. While this looks attractive on the surface, PGD is often not the best path.

1. PGD Does Not Fully Remove HND Discrimination

One major reason people go for PGD is to escape the long standing discrimination against HND holders. Sadly, PGD does not completely solve this problem.
