The trial involving Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck, whose real name is Tochukwu Ojogwu, has been adjourned to April 8, 2026, by the Federal Capital Territory High Court in a N2 billion alleged assault and battery suit filed against him.

The adjournment followed the inability of the court to sit at the Life Camp division in Abuja due to ongoing renovation work in the courtroom.

Despite the development, counsel to the claimant, Uchenna Ojembe, and counsel to the defendant, Taiwo Akinsulie, were present in court and agreed on a new date convenient for both parties to commence hearing.

The claimant, Ogbogiri Okey Levi, popularly known as Kraziecent, had instituted the civil suit alleging that the rapper assaulted him during a public event in December 2024.

According to the suit, Kraziecent claimed he was peacefully taking photographs and videos when Odumodublvck allegedly attacked him without provocation.
