Job Summary
- A growing beauty and skincare brand in Akala is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Manager.
- The ideal candidate must be skilled in creating engaging beauty content and managing social media pages professionally.
- You will be responsible for producing videos/photos, developing content ideas, and handling the brand’s online presence.
Responsibilities of the Content Creator & Social Media Manager at TMAsourcing Solutions
- Create high-quality photo and video content showcasing products, customer experiences, and brand storytelling.
- Develop and execute creative content ideas aligned with the brand’s marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage and maintain a detailed content calendar to plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently across all platforms.
- Produce engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and including reels, product demos, tutorials, and mini vlogs.
- Handle product reviews, recommendations, customer testimonials, and user-generated content.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to generate fresh content ideas, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit photos and videos using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, Lightroom, or Adobe Suite.
- Monitor social media trends, audio trends, and competitor strategies to keep the brand’s content fresh and relatable.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with the online community.
- Track content performance using insights/analytics tools and provide weekly reports on engagement, reachand growth.
- Drive brand awareness and online visibility through creative storytelling and consistent branding.
- Ensure all content reflects thebrand image, tone, and values.
- Assist with product launches, campaigns, special offers, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on beauty, fragrance, and skincare trends to create relevant and appealing content.
- Occasionally support in-store activities, events, or customer interactions for content creation purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creationor social media management, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong skills in videography, photography, and editing.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and writing abilities.
- Must be creative, smart, and proactive with attention to detail.
- Passion for beauty and confidence in appearing on camera for product reviews.
- Must know how to use a content calendar and meet deadlines.
- Smart, creative, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Must reside around Akala Express or nearby areas.
