JAMB Publishes 2026 Mock UTME Results, Blacklists 20 Centres

JAMB announces 2026 UTME, DE forms sale; sets registration, exam dates

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the outcome of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Mock, which was held on March 28.

The board’s Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin, said candidates can check their results by sending “MOCKRESULT” via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number registered for the 2026 UTME.

He noted that 224,597 candidates registered for the mock examination, with 152,586 successfully participating.

The exercise was conducted across 989 Computer-Based Test centres nationwide.

Benjamin added that over 20 centres that faced technical challenges during the exercise have been delisted.

He warned candidates against falling prey to individuals or groups claiming they could inflate scores, describing such claims as false and criminal.

“Candidates found engaging in these activities risk cancellation of registration or withdrawal of results”.

The board reminded candidates that the main UTME examination is scheduled to begin on April 16.

West African Examinations Council, WAEC, has released the timetable for the 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination, WASSCE, for school candidates.

This Nigeria news platform understands that the timetable was published on WAEC’s X page on Monday.

According to the timetable, the examination will commence Tuesday, April 21, 2026, and end on Friday, June 19, 2026.
