1. Job Title: Production Pharmacist at Biomedical Limited

The Role

• Charged with the responsibility of producing the planned quantity of products under the directives of the Production Manager
• Shall ensure all production equipment are well maintained and validated
• Shall ensure that standard GMP acceptable to NAFDAC and PCN is achieved and maintained at all time
• Shall design, create and display SOPs at all production area.
• Shall ensure that all production staff and workers comply with all GMP and regulatory standards
• Shall maintain all production records for management as required by GMP
• Shall prepare daily production menus in collaboration with Production Manager, Marketing and in consultation with the ED.
• Liaise effectively with Quality Assurance to ensure the optimum quality of company’s product in the market
• Keep production losses below 2% of daily production
• Shall carry out any and all other responsibilities as assigned by Production Manager.

Requirements

• B.Pharm with a Valid PCN annual Practising Licence.
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Renumeration
N3,600,000 – N5,400,000 per annum.

2. Job Title: Quality Control Manager / Head, Quality Control at Biomedical Limited

The Role

• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
• In-depth knowledge of NAFDAC regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project managerial skills
• Experience with advanced quality control software and tool

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Industrial chemistry, Biochemistry, Pure and Applied Chemistry with minimum of 2:1)
• 15 years of experience in quality control roles.

3. Job Title: FFS Machine Operator at Biomedical Limited

The Role

• Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
• Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
• Writing reports,
• Understand safety regulations, and should be able to execute equipment preventative maintenance.
• Applicant should also be able to Repair and replace faulty equipment components.

4. Job Title: Water Treatment Process Engineer at Biomedical Limited

The Role

• Ability to Establish and maintain effective working relationships; communicate effectively, verbally and in writing;
• Prepare clear and concise reports; recognize unusual, inefficient, or dangerous operating conditions and take appropriate action; accurately read, interpret and record data from gauges, meters, read and interpret schematic drawings showing plant piping, alarms, mechanical, electrical controls, valves, and related instrumentation;
• Observe, inspect, analyze system equipment and facilities; and compile, evaluate and analyze operational data and information and recommend or take appropriate actions.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Chemical Engineering with not less than 3 years experience.
• He must have good knowledge of cGMP
• Experience in water filtration, water purification and water distillation are a must and previous experience in Infusion factory water treatment is an additional advantage.
• Applicant must have previous experience in operating Softener plant, DM plant, Reverse Osmosis and Multi column distillation plant.

5. Job Title: HVAC Technician at Biomedical Limited

The Role

• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Conduct installation and gas welding of Split AC units.
• Demonstrate experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification or a trade test certification with 4 – 6 years work experience as an AC Technician.
• Knowledge of GMP will be an added advantage.
